Meet The Team

Along with the friendly, in-school Quidditch teams for the houses of Gred and Forge, Gred and Forge’s School for Pranksters has a top-rate professional Quidditch team called the Pranksters. They play using pranks and antics, much like the Muggle Harlem Globetrotters (only better), and have never lost a game.

Team Colors: Red - for the color of the Founder's hair and Blue - for the color of his loving mother's face when she was done yelling at him as a child

Team Mascot: Court jester decked out in the team colors.  Each year one brave fan is presented with the honor of playing the role of mascot.  This player is given a polyjuice potion during a ceremony before each game which contains the hair of George Weasley or Crookshanks (as George has collected his hair from every haircut and Crookshanks sheddings and mixed them in a container for the mascot's use).

Alexandrya Kingsleigh – Seeker

Alexandrya Kingsleigh is the queen of all seekers. Soaring high above the rest of the Quidditch field, she always catches the Snitch. Alexandrya is known for her ability to improve and make “fool proof” almost any prank, and for a “reasonable” price, she will supply any prankster with an alibi.

Heli Nith – Chaser

Heli Nith, the resident dark-magic-dabbler, plays as a Chaser for the Jokers. Though outwardly appearing rather careless, she can fly and score faster than the human eye can see, bewildering the players on the other team. She tends to be rather dark and standoffish, however, she has the heart of a true prankster. It is rumored that she spent a stint in Azkaban, though what for is not speculated.

Bane Drath – Chaser

Bane Drath isn’t the type of person you’d suspect of pulling a prank. He’s outwardly respectable looking, and respectable acting to those who don’t know him very well. However, among his classmates he reveals his true, devious personality through the pranks he pulls. He can fly a broomstick as though he were born on it, and he enjoys letting the other team get the Quaffle only to steal it back at the last second.

Hobbi Lil - Chaser (not pictured)

Hobbi was on prolonged leave to sick bay due to a pranking gone bad when the team photos were taken.  She is best known for her ability to trick an opponent into thinking she is somewhere she is not.

Nata Lee – Beater

Nata Lee is a clumsy young woman who enjoys pulling rather elaborate pranks, but tends to set them off on herself. Not many people are willing to fly near her during a Quidditch game, as she is a beater and is twice as likely to hit a player than she is to hit the Bludger. She earned herself the nickname “Tonks two” from her teammates for her klutziness, and also for her kindhearted ability to laugh.

Arrie Queensly – Beater

Arrie Queensly is the “beater from hell.” She has a nasty temper and has been kicked out of more games than can be counted for purposely knocking people off their broomsticks (even the referee a time or two), either with the Bludger or her bat. She’s the only player on the field who will fly close to Nata Lee, because she claims that parrying Nata’s wild thrusts helps with her reflexes, so the two can often be seen engaging in elaborate “sword” fights while flying around on the field. Off the Quidditch field, however, Arrie is a rather sweet girl, with a good sense of humor and a very loud laugh.

Davy Vokoun – Keeper

Davy Vokoun enjoys playing the spot of Keeper because it doesn’t involve a whole lot of attention paid to the game. He likes to recite epic Muggle movie lines, and is the director of all school plays because he never forgets his lines. He can often be seen reading over and memorizing lines while playing Quidditch, and has let the other teams score a few times due to his distractedness. However, the opposing team usually only gets one score before Davy gets his “game face” (in other words, pays attention when people are on his side of the field) on and denies their every move. It is said that he lets the other team score once on purpose to make them feel confident before smashing any hope of them winning.
